Job summary

Legend Senior Living® in Colorado is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher to uphold the Gold Leaf Dining experience by keeping the kitchen and serveware clean and ready for service. You will support the culinary team and interact with residents to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

This role may require evenings and weekends. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth and recognition within a long-standing family-owned

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment.
• Empty the dish machine and properly store clean items.
• Clean the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements.
• Take out all garbage to the dumpster.
• Launder table linens.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Kitchen Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and serveware. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
