Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The Kitchen Assistant will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our bakery and deli. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items
• Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef to ensure consistency and quality of products
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing work areas, and storing ingredients
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing recipes
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and fulfilling customer requests in a timely manner
• Assist with food deliveries and receiving orders from vendors
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
