We are now recruiting for our 2025 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire-based holiday park. Join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

About the role

We’re looking for a kitchen assistant who can deliver delight to our holiday resort guests. You will help the kitchen team run a safe, efficient, and profitable food and beverage operation. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are essential. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is also required.

Tattershall Park Pub is a lively venue open to guests and the general public. It offers a gastro pub-style menu using fresh ingredients made in-house, serving lunch and dinner.

What you will be doing

You will work in the kitchen's engine room, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience through excellent service and food quality.

• Prepping and cooking in all kitchen areas.
• Ensuring high standards of menu presentation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of preparation areas, equipment, and floors.
• Accepting deliveries, storing ingredients correctly, and rotating stock.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffs; assisting in preparing other menu items.
• Collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams to maximize food margins and minimize wastage.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
