Poulin Design Center, a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years, seeks a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer who embodies our culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, time management, and the ability to follow established processes on-site.

On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a training period and a flat rate after

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency, required.
• 2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience; personal tools and 3/4‑ton truck to pull company trailer; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
• Passion for teamwork and training.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency, required
• 2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience; personal tools and 3/4‑ton truck to pull company trailer; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred

Pay: $20.00‑$25.00/hr. non‑exempt training rate, flat rate after training.

• Full‑time, 32‑40 hours per week (on‑site)
• Unpaid .5‑hour meal break
