Job summary

Cohere Beauty is seeking a Kit Associate to support picking, assembling, and packing kits on the conveyor belt and bagging zones, using RF devices.

You will scan locations, verify items for each kit, pack items, and inform the lead when stock is low. Additionally, you will stock shelves, pull replenishments, seal boxes, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, percentages, division and multiplication.
• High attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle workload.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.

• Comply with all safety and compliance standards set forth by Cohere.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School or equivalent.
• Basic Math: addition, subtraction, percentages, division, and multiplication.
• High attention to detail.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust the volume of work.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.
• Ability to maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Operating CRT, bar coding scanners, and PC (preferred).
• Prior experience with RF unit (preferred).
