Job summary

PICA Manufacturing Solutions in New Hampshire is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle stocking, order picking, kitting, counting, and receiving to support production.

You will unload deliveries, verify shipments, log materials in the ERP, kit items for production, restock departments, pull finished goods for shipment, perform cycle counts, maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace, and contribute to process improvements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries from suppliers at the receiving dock and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Match packing lists with received materials; identify and report any discrepancies.
• Accurately enter received materials into the production control system.
• Receive and log all associated products to the specified work ticket/working traveler.
• Kit all products to be distributed to the floor for production.
• Restocking of all departments within production.
• Pull products from finished goods inventory per order shipment requests.
• Package/Box all products and any associated materials for customer shipment.
• Teardown pick and place machines and recount reels using an automated reel counter.
• Count any unused screws, washers, etc. using a weight scale for accuracy.
• Restock all materials to their designated location and assign them to a location with the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; restock and monitor supplies.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Execute additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Job description

Position Overview:

The Warehouse and picking Associate is responsible for various warehouse activities, including but not limited to stocking, order picking, kitting, counting, and receiving products.
