Job summary

Kit Assembly Production Coordinator at ManpowerGroup in West Chester, OH, will join the laboratory operations team to support quality control, inventory management, and assembly of specialized kits for clinical and research use. The position offers first and second shift options with pay rates $18.50–$20.35 per hour, a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or academic qualifications preferred.
• Experience in production, laboratory, or warehouse environment (≈2 years).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Comfortable using electronic inventory management and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately build and label specialized laboratory and study kits for clinical and research purposes.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure kits meet regulatory and GMP standards.
• Track inventory levels and manage kit distribution efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of kit assembly and inventory movements.

Our client, a leading organization in laboratory and clinical trial support, is seeking a Kit Assembly Production Coordinator to join their team. As a Kit Assembly Production Coordinator, you will be part of the laboratory operations team supporting quality control, inventory management, and kit assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Kit Assembly Production Coordinator

Location: West Chester, OH

1st Shift

• Pay Rate: $18.50

• Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

2nd Shift

• Pay Rate: $20.35

• Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
