Job summary

Coinstar seeks a Field Technician, Transport to service kiosks within a designated territory using a company van. You will plan daily routes, handle coin/cash transport and perform first and second-line maintenance on kiosks.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electromechanical repairs, remote diagnostics, and scheduling field change orders to meet deadlines. A CMV certification and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of troubleshooting and repair experience, or an Associate Degree in electronics.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and computer-controlled equipment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and handle field responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Coinstar kiosks, including cleaning and parts replacement.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance of kiosks.
• Test kiosk components, connectivity, software and electromechanical function.
• Perform remote diagnostics and assist others with repairs remotely.
• Manage field change orders and schedule installations/updates to meet deadlines.
• Prioritize route planning daily based on metrics, geography, and tasks.
