Job summary

Coinstar is seeking a Field Technician, Transport to service kiosks across an assigned territory using a company truck/van. You will perform preventative maintenance, cleanings, and basic repairs to keep kiosks functioning.

You will plan daily routes, adjust schedules with changing priorities, and coordinate with Service Representatives. A valid driver's license, CMV certification, and background checks are required for this field role in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and repair experience on electronics or electromechanical devices.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; basic computer hardware/software knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision; field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kiosks.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Test kiosk components for connectivity and operation.
• Assist remote diagnostics with Service Representatives.
• Manage parts orders and inventory; plan daily routes.
