Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote the well‑being of children as a Relative‑Kinship Worker in KS Permanency.
• Teach skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families.
• Coordinate kinship meetings and identify kinship and relative placement options.
• Provide on‑call support to caregivers and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate community resources for the children served.
