LifeWise Academy in Kissimmee, FL seeks a gospel-centered Advancement Officer (part-time) to cultivate donor opportunities and manage a donor pipeline.

The ideal candidate demonstrates mature Christian faith, excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, and fundraising experience; active in a local church. You will serve as an ambassador, manage donor records in the CRM, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy beliefs.
• Active participation in a local church with compatible doctrine.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer roles.
• Experience in fundraising or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LifeWise ambassador and cultivate donor interest.
• Communicate LifeWise vision, mission, and priorities to prospective donors.
• Oversee a portfolio of donors and prospects and meet regularly with them.
• Maintain donor records in the LifeWise CRM and stewardship system.
• Provide regular major gift progress reports to the program director and leadership board.
• Develop strategies to renew and upgrade donor gifts.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and follow up with donors promptly.
