Elliott Aviation in Moline, IL, is seeking a King Air A&P Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain King Air and other turboprop aircraft, applying FAA regulations and our procedures. You’ll lead complex tasks, mentor junior technicians, and own projects from inspection through delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, and 145.
• Experience working on turboprop aircraft; King Air experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced inspections, servicing, and repairs on aircraft systems and components, with emphasis on King Air and turboprop aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and function test airframe, engine, and component systems using manufacturer data.
• Lead assigned aircraft projects, ensuring work scope, quality, and timelines are met.
• Interpret and apply technical data, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
• Complete and review maintenance documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Utilize the work order system to document discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Support and mentor junior technicians in technical execution and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
