Job summary

Henderson Mill ES in Georgia seeks a Title I Kindergarten Paraprofessional to support teachers in meeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; pass GACE Paraprofessional Assessment.
• Associate degree or higher required by Georgia PSC.
• Minimum 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours with GPA ≥ 2.0 required.
• Valid PSC-approved paraprofessional certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with physical and personal care as outlined in IEPs under supervision.
• Provide health-related and non-medical assistance with appropriate training.
• Deliver small group or one-on-one instruction.
• Support classroom management and behavior expectation implementation.
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring under a certified teacher.
