Region One School District in Cornwall, CT, is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher at Cornwall Consolidated School to design standards-aligned lessons that foster curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning. The teacher will partner with families and staff to support each student's academic, social, emotional, and physical growth.

The ideal candidate will hold CT certification, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and experience with data-driven instruction and educational

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable education discipline is required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for appropriate Connecticut State Teacher Certification in the relevant subject area/grade level.
• Successful prior teaching experience or clinical practice in the appropriate grade level or content area is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive, trust-based, and culturally responsive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, fluency with educational technology/digital platforms (e.g., Google Suite, Student Information Systems).
