Job summary

Qualifications

• Educator with strong instructional practices and commitment to young children.
• Experience teaching Kindergarten or primary elementary grades; support for diverse learners preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Connecticut State Certification 013 or 305, or other CT certification.

About You

The company is looking for:

• An educator with strong instructional practices and a deep commitment to young children.
• Experience teaching Kindergarten or primary elementary students, with ability to support diverse learners preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Connecticut State Certification 013 (Integrated Early Childhood/Special Education), 305 (Elementary Education), or other appropriate Connecticut certification.
• Interest or experience in arts integration, play-based and project-based learning, social-emotional learning, early childhood education, and STEAM instruction encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $54,987.00 - $80,018.00 per year.
