New Paradigm For Education, Inc. invites qualified educators to join our Detroit team as Kindergarten teachers.

You will develop and maintain high-quality instruction using our curriculum, build strong relationships with students and families, and ensure engaging, rigorous learning experiences for all children. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate, with preferred experience in Kindergarten.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in elementary education (K-8; PreK-3)
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
• Prior Kindergarten teaching experience preferred
• Commitment to NPFE mission and goals
• Ability to foster a positive, achievement-oriented, culturally responsive classroom
• Belief in equal opportunity for all students to succeed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and adults

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver high-quality, academically focused instruction using NPFE curriculum
• Develop lesson plans aligned to standards and incorporate feedback
• Use data to monitor progress and inform instruction
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Create a safe, respectful learning environment and high expectations for all students
• Collaborate with staff to support individualized education plans as needed
• Assess and adjust lessons to improve student learning
