• To create a flexible elementary grade program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth
• Ability to communicate with staff members, pupils, and parents
• Become an active participate of the Kindergarten team
• To develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge in accordance with each pupil's ability
• To establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members
• Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students. PBIS experience is helpful.
• Uses data driven instruction to teach reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, and science while supporting art, health, physical education, and music instruction to pupils in a classroom, utilizing the curriculum adopted by the School Committee and other appropriate learning activities.
