The incumbent will develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, collaborate with school staff and families, and maintain compliant documentation while fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois SPED certification required.
• Experience working in elementary or school settings preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to fostering student success.
• Comfortable collaborating with school staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support students in a self-contained kindergarten special education setting.
