Job summary

Wayzata Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking an Administrative Professional and Paraprofessional Contract to support kindergarten students during the school day, including small group work, read alouds, and 1:1 interactions. This is a part-time role (3.75 hours daily; 8:30 AM–12:15 PM) with a starting rate of $21.44 per hour and no health or dental benefits.

Candidates must work well under direction, multitask effectively, communicate with students, maintain confidentiality, and exercise

Hours: 3.75 hours (8:30 AM-12:15 PM)

Class: IV (starting rate is $21.44 per hour)

• This position is not health or dental benefit eligible

Position Description

The person in this position will be responsible for supervision of kindergarten students during the school day. The successful candidate will work 3.50 hours a day and have the chance to support the learning of kindergarten students. Duties include small group work/support, read alouds, 1:1 student interaction and assessment, supervision of an entire classroom, kindergarten recess, etc.
