Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• AA degree or 48 college-level credits or paraeducator assessment test required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in meeting academic goals under teacher direction.
• Facilitate one-on-one and small group literacy and numeracy instruction.
• Collaborate with certificated staff on learner goals.
• Maintain and share records of student progress toward goals.
• Assist with classroom preparation and safety procedures.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions.
• Report questions or concerns to supervisor as needed.
