Job summary

TIGARD-TUALATIN SD 23J seeks an Instructional Assistant 2 for Mary Woodward Elementary School in Tigard, Oregon. Under supervision, you assist the classroom teacher, support diverse learners, and help manage daily activities with a focus on safety and inclusion.

The position is 3.75 hours per day (.4688 FTE), starting ASAP. Requires relevant ED experience, diploma or GED, and a willingness to complete required certifications; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in early childhood education or preschool setting.
• Oregon driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Medic First Aid Card required within 60 days.
• Spanish language ability preferred; willingness to train as needed.
