Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists teachers with instructional activities and preparing materials.
• Supports in providing an encouraging, safe, and healthy environment for all students.
• Collaborates with teachers to plan and implement strategies; adapts for diverse learners.
• Participates in district staff development and ongoing professional growth.
• Maintains confidentiality per FERPA and related laws.
• May conduct vision and hearing screenings and enter results into EASi; training provided by WCPSS.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
