• Creates lesson plans and instructional materials to maximize learning time.
• Assesses student learning and adjusts instruction to meet diverse needs, including students with special needs.
• Communicates with parents and administration regarding student progress and expectations.
• Organizes and maintains accurate records of grading and attendance as required by district policy.
