Qualifications

• At least 48 college hours required or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with children in classroom/volunteer setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in educational development under guidance of classroom teachers.
• Implement the Direct Instruction Curriculum (DI).
• Communicate students’ progress weekly with students and families.
• Support behavior management aligned to campus initiatives.
• Contribute to a productive, enthusiastic learning environment for all students.
• Spend 40+ hours per week at school; participate in meetings and tutoring.
