ProCare Therapy in Monterey, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a school-based 1:1 assignment with a kindergartner who has a seizure disorder. The RN will provide direct care and work with the school health team.

The role includes monitoring seizures per the healthcare plan, following emergency protocols, documenting health information, and assisting with general nursing duties in the school health offices as needed. This full-time assignment offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Active California RN license required.
Previous school nursing or pediatric experience preferred.
Experience supporting students with seizure disorders is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.

Responsabilités

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and supervision to a kindergarten student.
Monitor and respond to seizure activity according to the healthcare plan.
Follow established emergency protocols and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Maintain accurate health documentation.
Assist with general student health needs and nursing duties as needed.
Support school health offices when the assigned student is absent.
