Job summary

Harrington Boyd is seeking an experienced professional to design and lead Kinaxis-based planning solutions for global organisations. You will shape architecture, align business requirements with IT capabilities, and guide end-to-end planning implementations across demand, supply and inventory.

You will run workshops with senior stakeholders, translate needs into scalable designs, and mentor junior team members while driving continuous improvement across the programme.

Qualifications

• Strong Kinaxis experience in a solution architect or lead consultant role.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Kinaxis planning solutions across demand, supply, and inventory.

Job description

An opportunity to deliver large scale supply chain improvements for global organisations. This role focuses on designing and shaping Kinaxis based planning solutions that enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision making across complex supply chains.

You will play a key role in bridging business and technology - working closely with senior stakeholders to define solution architecture and support the successful rollout of end to end planning capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and architecture of Kinaxis planning solutions across demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Run workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solution design
• Translate business requirements into scalable, effective system solutions
• Support delivery phases, ensuring the solution remains aligned to the agreed architecture
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party partners where required
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on system capabilities and best practice
• Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and system usage
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Contribute to solution design discussions for new initiatives or enhancements

What the Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong experience with Kinaxis (Rapid Response / Maestro), in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role
• Proven experience delivering or supporting end to end supply chain planning solutions
• Solid understanding of core planning processes such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory
• Experience with integrations, data structures, and overall solution design principles
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience running workshops and leading solution discussions
• Exposure to modern supply chain technologies and transformation initiatives
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
