Honeywell is seeking a Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect with over 8 years of experience in supply chain planning and Kinaxis Rapid Response. The candidate will manage the lifecycle of Advanced Planning solutions, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure high-quality implementations and integrations.

This role requires strong leadership, governance over a team of consultants, and expertise in SAP integrations. The position is hybrid based in Atlanta, GA, with full onsite requirement for the first 90 days.

Overview

Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning solutions and hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Advanced Planning solution landscape, including roadmap definition, architecture, solution design, integration, delivery, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines functional supply chain expertise, Kinaxis technical architecture capabilities, and leadership experience, with understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations. Reports to the Director of IT and is based in Charlotte, NC on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid work: New hires are expected to work onsite 100% for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, solutioning, and delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive transformation of global supply chain planning processes. Continuously evaluate and introduce new planning solution capabilities, innovations, and features to enhance planning accuracy, maturity, efficiency, standardization, automation, and system performance.
• Provide leadership and governance for a team of Kinaxis consultants and developers, including technical guidance and design reviews. As a people manager, adhere to organizational people management policies and processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on planning transformation initiatives and provide thought leadership on best-in-class supply chain planning practices.
• Own the full lifecycle of Advanced Planning solutions, including application roadmaps, multi-year strategy, system architecture, solution design, project delivery, and day-to-day support; act as the IT Service Owner for Kinaxis, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and strong vendor/partner management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems and implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations, architecture, and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, IBP, etc.).
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other Enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration architectures (APIs, middleware, ETL), and master/transactional data management.

Preferred/Additional

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Kinaxis certification.
• Experience in large-scale global transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and SaaS deployments.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis integration tools and technologies.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
