You will follow daily task assignments under supervision and work as part of a team to maintain compliance with regulations. The role emphasizes safe practices, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate reporting of data under cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and batch records.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in a lab environment.
• Associate degree in chemistry with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Regulatory understanding of applicable regulations (cGMPs, SOPs) is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of performing scale‑up operations.
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 lbs may be required.
• Concise and accurate reporting of technical data.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations under supervision with equipment setups and execution in the Kilo Lab.
• Assist with maintaining batch documentation for API manufacture.
• Participate in equipment preparation and cleaning per SOPs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment in a fast-paced environment.
