Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Process Assistant-Kiln for our Midlothian, TX plant. You will support kiln operations, perform routine inspections, and assist operators with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will be able to read manuals, communicate in English, and work in varied weather conditions. Health and safety are emphasized, and opportunities for overtime exist within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
Ability to read and understand operations manuals, drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

Inspect and lubricate plant machinery.
Assist Pyro Process Operator to maintain equipment.
Inspect Roller Mill system and raw feed systems; document status.
Assist Tower Attendant to remove plugs/build-ups as needed.
Shoot coating or other build-ups in kiln using kiln gun; assist with kiln repairs.
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
