Job summary

Del Conca USA Inc. in Loudon, TN, manufacturers residential and commercial porcelain tile and outdoor pavers. This role oversees the Kiln Department across all shifts, driving safety, quality, OEE, and operator productivity to meet production targets.

You will lead a team of kiln engineers, technicians, and operators, implement improvements, and coordinate with Maintenance and Quality to resolve firing-related issues while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with kilns/thermal processing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, production and maintenance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kiln Department across all shifts and manage daily operations.
• Ensure safety policies, JHAs, lockout/tagout compliance.
• Set performance expectations and accountability for supervisors and operators.
• Monitor kiln performance, temperatures, pressures, cycles, and quality specs.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance for continuous improvements.
• Document production records, shift reports, and KPI data.
• Develop staff through training and coaching.
