The role demands mechanical aptitude, safety focus, the ability to work with minimal supervision or in a team, and physical stamina including lifting up to 50 lbs; prior maintenance or welding experience is a plus.

This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused individual with mechanical aptitude who takes pride in maintaining equipment and supporting efficient plant operations.

Red River Brick serves the Southwest U.S. market—one of the largest brick construction markets in the country.
