Job summary

KidStrong Spring is hiring coaches with athletic or coaching experience to engage with parents and kids ages 15 months to 8 years, sharing our brain, physical and character development approach. You will educate families about our curriculum, provide safe, energetic instruction, and foster positive motivation in a supportive team environment.

Work hours include Weekday mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm, with weekend starts at 8 am; flexible scheduling and potential for additional private

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15mo–8 years).
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who gets the job done.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching sessions for kids aged 15 months to 8 years.
• Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum and progress.
• Maintain a safe, energetic learning environment and proper technique.
• Collaborate with team to plan sessions.
