  • Enhance alumni-driven capacity and governance by coordinating KidSpirit OSU Alumni group activities in alignment with OSU Foundation priorities.
  • Develop a sustainable funding plan for scholarships for low-income families.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-K VISTA on funding strategies for program delivery.

Job description

Fundraising & Capacity Building Specialist KidSpirits mission is to provide positive youth programming opportunities and training so that youth and student staff build skills, knowledge, and abilities that will help propel them into futures in which they will thrive. We do this through promoting healthy physical activity, science projects, creative arts, and a social-emotional curriculum for youth, ages 2-18, created and delivered by high school and college student staff engaged in an experiential professional development program designed to help them enter the workplace as leaders. Improve accessibility and sustainability of KidSpirit programs for Pre-K through 12th grade. Secure stable support through networking, fundraising, and partnerships with local organizations and officials. Coordinate KidSpirit OSU Alumni group activities in coordination with OSU foundations. Develop a sustainable funding plan for scholarships for low-income families. Collaborate with the Pre-K VISTA on funding strategies for program delivery.
