Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or current high school student age 17 or older.
• Six months of working with children in a learning environment or related experience.
• Valid CPR certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Obtain and maintain AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP FPCC).

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in providing materials and handouts to students.
• Work with students individually or in groups on projects or assignments.
• Prepare classrooms for activities and photocopy materials.
• Assist with supervising students during transitions to the library, playground, and cafeteria.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Support lesson planning by sharing ideas and feedback from students.
