Caring Therapists in Florida is seeking qualified psychotherapists for part-time or full-time roles. The group specializes in children, teens, and couples and values independence, collaboration, and a positive team culture.

We offer referrals, social media exposure, and a supportive clinical environment with in-house billing and intake teams. Licensure in Florida or internship status is required, with experience in private practice preferred.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Florida with 1 year post-independence licensure (preferred private practice).
• Willing to be paneled with insurance companies and CAQH registered.
• Postdoctoral or intern candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Niche focus: kids, teens and/or couples; evenings availability (4pm–8pm).
• Private practice experience a plus; team collaboration encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and progress review.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Refer to outside specialists when necessary.
• Maintain thorough records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with staff to exceed best practices.
