Job summary

Caring Therapists, a group private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, seeks EMDR psychotherapists for part-time or full-time positions. Candidates must be licensed in Florida (Ph.D., PsyD, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) with at least 1 year post-independence licensure and be paneled with insurance.

Evening availability and private practice experience are a plus. We offer strong referrals, in-house billing, intake support, and a collaborative, welcoming environment with competitive, commission-based

Qualifications

• Requires Florida licensure as Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW with 1 year post-licensure experience
• Willing to be paneled with insurance; CAQH registration preferred
• Postdoctoral candidates or interns encouraged to apply
• Ability to work evenings (4pm–8pm) and 15+ hours per week (30+ for full-time)

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide regular counseling and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments
• Involve family members when appropriate
• Refer to outside specialists when necessary
• Maintain thorough patient records
• Ensure confidentiality and safety protocols
• Collaborate with staff to grow the practice
