Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School - AT San Dimas, LLC onsite in San Dimas is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor who loves children and swimming. You will teach lessons, create plans, and provide feedback to students and parents while ensuring pool safety.

The role offers on-site work at our state-of-the-art facility with a starting pay of $18.50+ per hour, part-time hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for extra shifts. Training is provided and a supportive team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide outstanding customer service to guests.
• Ability to track student swim progression across levels.
• No prior teaching experience required; training provided.
• Availability for a weekend shift (Sat/Sun) 8:30am–3pm.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans; conduct group and individual lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure safety in the pool area and maintain a clean teaching environment.
• Attend monthly in-service training.
