Job summary

Northern Sierra Swimming in Cool, CA is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor to teach students of all ages and skill levels. You will create a safe, positive learning environment and inspire a passion for water safety.

Candidates should have experience with students in educational or instructional settings, excellent communication, organization, and time management, and CPR & First Aid certification. Prior childcare or coaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings.
• Strong swimming skills with knowledge of strokes and techniques.
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong behavior management abilities.
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus.
• Passion for swimming and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels.
