Qualifications

• Love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, professional with good communication.
• Able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swimming experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor to learn swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons and celebrate milestones.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Keep pool safety as a top priority.
• Active, on-your-feet role in and around the pool.
• Teach classes for ages 6 months to 12 years.
