Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced mentor to learn our swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons and celebrate student milestones.
• Create positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain top safety standards for everyone around the pool.
• Be active on your feet and in the water throughout shifts.
• Teach classes for ages 6 months to 12 years, each age group bringing new energy.
