Job summary

SafeSplash Swim Schools is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to deliver high-quality instruction to children using our proven curriculum on-site in Smyrna, GA. You will report to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager and help create a safe, positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include teaching according to the curriculum, providing feedback to parents, maintaining class structure, tracking progress, and conducting monthly feedback sessions for families.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or obtained within 30 days of employment (training available).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around water and with children for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills using SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, engaging manner.
• Provide continual, positive feedback to students and parents on progress.
• Structure class time to maximize learning with repetition and new skills introduction.
• Track students' skill progression daily for proper class placement.
• Conduct monthly sessions to provide individualized feedback to parents.
