Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Party & Events Host to organize and supervise Kids parties and events, partnering with Kids Leader to train and schedule team members, and to prep activities and supplies for each celebration.

You will register families, coordinate with departments, and ensure engaging, safe activities for children while delivering a welcoming, high-quality experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; equivalent education.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• 1 year working with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces.
• Trains and coaches party and event hosts.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.).
• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guests while providing supportive supervision of party hosts.
• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities.

Position Summary

Organizes and supervises Kids parties and events. Partner with Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members. Identify which activities and lesson plans will be utilized for the party or event. Provide activities and supplies to Team members prior to the party or event. Partner with families to register and prep for parties and events.
