Job summary

Life Time Allen, TX is seeking a Kids Supervisor for PNO events. You will lead engaging, safe activities for children while ensuring a welcoming environment for families.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engage children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitor safety and environment around toys and equipment
• Maintain operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide coaching as needed

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Minimum Required Qualifications

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
