Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children aged three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, organize storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games to foster a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and completion of documentation, promoting Life Time Kids programs, and coaching team members. A high school diploma and required certifications must be met within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications due within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in stories, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment around toys and equipment and surroundings.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklist and staffing.
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations, provide feedback and coaching as needed.

Position Summary

The Kids Supervisor enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children between the ages of three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Maintains the operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with children
