Job summary

KidStrong Edmonds is seeking enthusiastic coaches to work with children aged 12 months to 11 years. You will deliver the KidStrong curriculum, keep classes on schedule, and maintain a fun, safe, and professional environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, have CPR certification, and can commit to evening and weekend hours. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided by the franchise.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6–15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow curriculum pace.
• Greet students and parents/guardians at start of class.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, professional demeanor during classes.
• Demonstrate and supervise exercises and activities.
• Ensure cleanliness of the center.
• Use the KS Coach App to record class data for parents.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers.
• Attend trainings and mandatory staff meetings.
• Assist with movement of equipment up to 25 pounds.
