Job summary

KidStrong Edmonds is hiring energetic coaches to lead classes for children aged 12 months to 11 years, following the monthly curriculum and ensuring safety and engagement.

Classes run on weekdays (mornings and evenings) and weekends; must be available Saturdays and Sundays. Prior pediatric coaching experience is preferred; CPR certification is required. Opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Coaches must have a passion for working with children.
• Experience coaching kids age 12 months to 11 years preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6–15 children and follow the monthly curriculum.
• Greet families and maintain a fun, professional demeanor.
• Ensure classes start/end on time and record attendance/awards in the KS Coach's App.
• Keep center clean and safe; assist parents of younger children.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; may cover private party hours.
