Job summary

KidStrong is seeking enthusiastic coaches to lead classes for children aged 12 months to 11 years in Everett, Washington. Coaches will implement the KidStrong curriculum in a dynamic and fun environment, ensuring safety and engagement.

This role includes responsibilities such as coaching small class sizes, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating with families. A passion for working with children and CPR certification are essential. The position offers a flexible schedule based on center needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range is preferred.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow the appropriate pace.
