Job summary

Life Time in Walnut Creek is seeking a dedicated Associate for the Academy/Child Center to ensure safety, engagement, and high-quality service for members and junior members. You will work with the Kids Manager and team to deliver a superior experience during activities, events, and programming.

The role requires strong customer service, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead a team while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or supervising children's programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes events/programming with Kids Manager to drive participation and revenue.
• Manages Child Center payroll within budget and supports Kids Manager.
