Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Walnut Creek is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead safe, engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, guide storytelling, crafts, and games, and ensure a healthy, safe environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, coaching team members, and promoting Life Time Kids programs. Required certifications include First Aid, CPR/AED, and Kids On-Demand training; wages start at $18.75 per hour and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts/crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and maintains a safe environment for toys, equipment, other children, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.
