Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver best-in-class educational and fitness-minded programming for children from 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.

You will organize, instruct, and provide a safe, fun experience and may host parties and events. Responsibilities include greeting guests, fostering development through organized activities, and maintaining records, while ensuring a safe environment and clear communication with parents and teammates.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma is required for this role.
• First Aid/CPR certification will be required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand required learnings prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares setup for class and assists with transferring kids in and out of programming.
• Maintains attendance and development records and monitors safety during activities.
• Uses positive behavior techniques and communicates clearly with parents and team.
• Promotes all Junior programming to boost participation in Kids & Aquatics programs.
• Maintains the Kids Academy and related areas, restocking supplies as needed.
• Handles incidents calmly and follows safety protocols in emergencies.
